Our team comprises four specialized experts who collaborate to support faculty and students in maximizing the potential of digital tools in teaching and learning.

The E-Learning Specialist focuses on the development and implementation of online learning programs and technologies.
Responsibilities
– Design and facilitate online courses and blended learning experiences that enhance student engagement.
– Evaluate and recommend e-learning tools and resources that support diverse learning needs.
– Provide training and support for faculty in the effective use of e-learning technologies.
– Assess the effectiveness of e-learning initiatives through data analysis and feedback mechanisms.
Role
The Web Administrator oversees the university’s digital platforms, ensuring they are user-friendly, accessible, and secure.
Responsibilities
– Manage and maintain the university’s learning management system (LMS) and other educational websites.
– Implement and monitor web-based tools that facilitate teaching and learning.
– Provide technical support and training for faculty and students on web tools and resources.
– Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and best practices in web design.
Role
The Content Development Expert is responsible for creating and curating high-quality educational contents and materials that align with academic standards and learning objectives.
Responsibilities
– Design and develop engaging course content, including lesson plans, assessments, and multimedia resources.
– Collaborate with faculty to ensure content meets pedagogical needs and incorporates best practices.
– Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing materials to ensure relevance and accuracy.
– Utilize feedback from students and faculty to improve content and delivery methods.
Role
The Video Conference Coordinator manages virtual learning environments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
Responsibilities
– Organize and facilitate online meetings, webinars, and virtual classrooms.
– Ensure the proper setup and functioning of video conferencing tools and equipment.
– Provide training and support for faculty and students on best practices for online communication.
– Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of video conferencing tools in enhancing learning experiences.
